Michael Cunningham

Michael decided to fulfil his dream of owning and running his own Business using his 30+ years of experience within facilities management and Property Maintenance arena.


Michael started his career an apprentice maintenance fitter at the age of 16 with the renowned company Rolls-Royce in Derby and used that grounded experience to grow into Facility Management at the age of 24.


Michael has been a successful Engineering & Facilities Senior Manager on both contracting and customers platforms.
